Incumbent should be a Chartered Accountant ﴾CA﴿ and around 25 years of experience, out
of which 5 years as Chief Financial Officer in large company having sales turnover of Rs
1000/‐ crores or more. Incumbent should have worked continuously for 5 years in one
organisation.
Around 45 years.
General Manager ﴾Human Resources﴿:
Incumbent should be a MSW/MLW/MPM/other equivalent qualification from reputed
Institute/ University and around 25 years of experience, out of which 5‐7 years as Head of
HR Dept. in large industrial company having manpower of more than 1500. Incumbent
should have worked continuously for 5 years in one organisation.
Around 45 years.
Company Secretary:
Incumbent should be a Company Secretary ﴾CS﴿ and LL.B. and around 15 years of post
qualification experience, out of which, 8 years as Company Secretary in a listed company
preferably large Industrial organization having paid up capital of more than Rs 150 crores.
